    Walters:    This topic has come up recently in the Republican debates. Do you think that someones marriage or marriages should be part of the public debate?

    The President:  You know, I’m not big on peoples personal lives poked and prodded and that ends up being the primary issue. We’ve got such big issues to deal with right now and there are such substantial differences between, certainly, my position and any of the republican candidates, that’s what we should focus on. But I think what the American people really care about, you know, what kind of job can you do.
