Newt Gingrich On Fox & Friends – January 12 2012

Newt Gingrich appeared on Fox & Friends where he predicted that one thing will be making headlines. “The big story today is going to be how much Gov. Romney falls short of any kind of reasonable expectation.”

Gingrich cited both the fact that Romney literally lives in the state after buying property there and that he served next door in Massachusetts as governor.

“People expected this to be his fortress; I don’t think this is going to be very much of a fortress,” he said. “I’d like to be in the top three or four, I think we have a very good chance to be in the top three or four, and I think that sets the stage to then go to South Carolina, where it will be the decisive showdown with Gov. Romney.”

i feel the point that newt was trying to make is simple…if you are going to put money at risk..fine..if you invest 100 mil and the company succeeds you are entitled to get a return on your investment…but if you invest 100 mil the company does not succeed you lose…that is honest capitalism….however if you buy a company knowing that the assets of a company in trouble far outweigh its liability and you find you can make more money by selling off the company and firing the employees than your would jf you stayed with it until company turned around..that is wrong and it is not right to the people and too america
