Rick Santorum appeared on This Week with George Stephanopoulos where he talked about his campaign, he he plans to deal with the negative attacks that will now be coming his way,  responded to various criticism questioning his conservative credentials and elaborated on comments he made earlier in the week that women should not serve in the front lines of combat.
